Pioneer Services' Colorado Springs office wins 'Excellence in Customer Service Award'
Pioneer Services was honored Sept., 13 by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southern Colorado with the "Excellence in Customer Service Award" (EICS). This honor was given to Pioneer Services after a lengthy interview process and the office maintaining a satisfactory rating with BBB and not receiving any customer complaints throughout its three-year history with this consumer protection organization.
"Each associate is encouraged to go outside of his/her normal job duties to do what needs to be done to help a customer," said Pioneer Services Manager Romy Mortel, attributing this award to the company's practices and its associates. "Since two-thirds of our new customers come directly from referrals, we are confident that our customers are satisfied when they walk out of our door."
For the 12th year in southern Colorado, the BBB has used the (EICS) application to award deserving companies. One of the most intensive and complex local BBB awards in the nation, the EICS application includes a detailed questionnaire, on-site visit, and interview with the office staff. Mortel was also interviewed for the BBB's local television program.
Commenting on the overall BBB award process, Mortel commented, "This entire process only reinforces what we do every day, encouraging the continual review of our customer service policies and procedures to ensure great and memorable service to each and every one of our military customers."
