Pioneer Services' Military Spouse Finance Guide wins financial education award
Institute for Financial Literacy recognizes book with 2009 "EIFLE" award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct 22, 2009) For the second time in as many months, Pioneer Services' Military Spouse Finance Guide: Financial Advice for the Homefront, was honored with an award for financial education. The Institute for Financial Literacy recognized the publication with an Excellence in Financial Literacy Education (EIFLE) award during a ceremony Oct. 21, 2009, in Philadelphia. The book also received an American Bankers Association award for financial education in September 2009.

"Military spouses are unsung heroes who continually display inspirational strength and resolve through uncertain times," said Karen Von Der Bruegge, chief marketing officer for Pioneer Services. "They can often feel overwhelmed by the bills and family obligations and worries that accompany their spouses' deployment.
