Pioneer Services wins another Better Business Bureau 'Torch Award' for ethics
Office serving the Fort Knox, Ky., market recognized for 'doing well and doing right'
This is the second straight year the Pioneer Services office in Radcliff, Ky., was recognized for its solid commitment to conducting business in an ethical fashion. The award was presented at a luncheon Nov. 5, 2009, at The Olmsted in Louisville.
"To receive one Torch Award is an incredible honor. Winning in consecutive years lets us know we really are doing things the right way, every day for those who serve our nation," said Pioneer Services' Senior Manager for Retail Operations Fred Davenport, a retired U.S. Army command sergeant major. "We work exclusively with the military community, so it's important we have strong and consistent ethical rules and guidelines—and, most importantly, transfer those into interactions with our customers. This award shows that we're doing that for military families, and doing it well."
