Pioneer Services named 'Great Place to Work in Collections' for second time
Company recognized for benefits, empowering culture, and superior team members

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct 13, 2011) For the second time in three years, Pioneer Services has been named a "Great Place to Work in Collections" by insideARM.com (Accounts Receivable Management), a trade organization that provides information and advocates for the accounts receivable industry. The award recognizes and honors the best places to work in the accounts receivable management industry, with three size categories allowing companies to be judged against others of their own size.

The award is based on a two-part survey process: the first covers things like the benefits offered, bonus structure, workplace practices and policies, etc., while the second is a team member survey that measures employees' overall experiences in the workplace. The scores from both sections are combined to form the final ranking, with a total of 30 companies being honored out of the hundreds that entered.
