Pioneer Services named 'Great Place to Work in Collections' for second time
Company recognized for benefits, empowering culture, and superior team members
The award is based on a two-part survey process: the first covers things like the benefits offered, bonus structure, workplace practices and policies, etc., while the second is a team member survey that measures employees' overall experiences in the workplace. The scores from both sections are combined to form the final ranking, with a total of 30 companies being honored out of the hundreds that entered.
"We see it as our duty as a company to make sure our team members have what they need to succeed," said Stuart Johnson, director of collections for Pioneer Services. "A culture that empowers team members to do what's best for the customer, competitive benefits that keep improving all the time, and a supportive work environment all add up to a great place to work."
