Pioneer Services' collections division recognized as 'Best Place to Work' in 2009

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Feb 10, 2010) The collections department within Pioneer Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank, has been named as one of the "Best Places to Work in Collections in 2009." The award program was created by insideARM.com (Accounts Receivable Management) and Best Companies Group, and is designed to identify, recognize and honor those that employ and provide collection employment opportunities within their respective industries. The Best Places to Work in Collections list is made up of 25 companies divided into three size categories.

Companies from across the country, including Pioneer Services, entered a two-part survey process to determine the 2009 Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
