Pioneer Services' collections division recognized as 'Best Place to Work' in 2009
Companies from across the country, including Pioneer Services, entered a two-part survey process to determine the 2009 Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
"Pioneer Services is pleased that the corporate culture we have created, and our commitment to our associates, has been recognized as one of the best in industry," said Joe Freeman, chief operating officer for Pioneer Services. "What’s most important, however, is that our associates themselves, based on their survey results, have identified Pioneer Services as one of the best places to work in 2009."
