Pioneer Services celebrates 80 years of service in 2012
Commitment to customer service, community, and team members builds success

Originally started as a family auto dealership in Kansas City, MO, the company has served niche markets for decades, and started exclusively serving the military community in 1986. The military lending team became a division of MidCountry Bank in 2007, and today helps military families with financial education, traditional loans, Certificates of Deposit, and savings accounts.
Pioneer Services has developed and maintains a comprehensive financial education program that includes free consultations, informative books and publications, and web-based learning centers for customers. This effort has been recognized by the American Bankers Association, the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, the Institute for Financial Literacy, and numerous others over the last decade.
The company is committed to improving the quality of life for military families by giving back to the communities it serves through financial, philanthropic, and volunteer support. These efforts have been recognized on numerous occasions, including being honored as having the "Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program" by the American Business Awards. Today, the company gives all of its team members 16 hours of paid volunteer time off annually to assist charities in their communities.
