Pioneer Services named 'Best Place to Work in Collections'

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct 02, 2009) Pioneer Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank, strives to create a positive, supportive workplace and culture, and recently had those efforts recognized with a 2009 "Best Places to Work in Collections" award by insideARM.com and Best Companies Group. This is the second time in 2009 that Pioneer Services has been recognized for its outstanding workplace culture—the company was also named one of the "Best Companies to Work For" by Ingram's business magazine.

To receive the award, companies from across the country entered a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an anonymous employee survey to measure the overall employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, with a total of 25 companies receiving the honor in three different size categories.
