Pioneer Services named 'Best Place to Work in Collections'
To receive the award, companies from across the country entered a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an anonymous employee survey to measure the overall employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, with a total of 25 companies receiving the honor in three different size categories.
"We pride ourselves on having a unique, associate-driven culture based on recognition, personal and professional development, and teamwork," said Joe Freeman, chief operating officer for Pioneer Services. "The Collections team does a tremendous job helping to create and live that culture, and this award is for them and the great work they do every day finding solutions for military families."
