For over 70 years Pioneer has understood the value of people-they are what create the company's lasting culture. The ELITE Program

ELITE (Exhibiting, Leadership, Interdependence, Trust and Excellence) is Pioneer's awards and recognition program. This program is designed to promote the pursuit of excellence, improvements in productivity and an expectation of quality by recognizing behaviors, attributes and results that support our mission, goals and commitment. This program is named, designed, implemented and managed by our associates. We believe that as we increase our ability to recognize, appreciate and encourage each other, we will all benefit both personally and as an organization.

ELITE simply means that every customer-internal and external-should be WOW'd by the "memorable and great" customer service they receive.

On a daily basis, our associates look to send On-the-Spots to another associate exhibiting ELITE behavior in the areas of:
